This little cottage was the perfect size and location for four adults on a Labor Day weekend. It was right in town, but the lot was wooded and secluded enough that we really enjoyed the extra privacy. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with anything you could need and the beds were very comfortable. We especially appreciated the individual mini split systems in each room that allowed everyone to pick their preferred sleeping temperature. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was wonderful in every way. Walkable to downtown and south beach. They had beach chairs, a beach wagon, beach towels and beach toys. Communication was great and the place was very clean and well stocked. Would definitely return!

We had an amazing vacation with our 4 kids ages 2-11 years old. Anna was very reliable and helpful during the check-in process and throughout our stay. The home was incredibly clean, very organized, and decorated beautifully. She really did a wonderful job in making our stay enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again. 10/10!

My wife and I stayed here with our 9 month old and it was the perfect place to enjoy South Haven - walkable to downtown and a quick drive to the beach. The house was one of the most well organized and thoughtful vacation rentals we have ever stayed at - the provided beach and baby equipment and the well stocked kitchen were a great help! Most importantly, the house was impeccably clean. We would definitely stay again.

Lakewood Cottage was an absolute DREAM. It was secluded enough to feel like we weren’t in town, but close enough to town to walk. The house was immaculate. Anna literally thought of everything down to the last detail! From the beach chairs to matches! She had it all. We absolutely loved staying at Lakewood Cottage and we definitely be back!

We loved our stay! This was our 2nd time visiting South Haven. The house was in a perfect location, easy drive or walk to downtown. The details and information provided by Anna were very helpful. We had 4 younger teens with us and they enjoyed the yard area and board games provided! We were thankful for the provided beach chairs that quickly became a favorite over the bag chairs we traveled with.

We had a wonderful stay in South Haven! The house was very clean and comfortable. It was walking distance within town & our kids brought scooters for our walk to the beach. Anna was a great host! She communicated well and the house was very well stocked with anything you can think of for a summer beach trip. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay! The house was spotless when we arrived and very welcoming. Plenty of games for kids around the house and a super cozy sofa for family movies. The provided beach wagon, chairs, and toys were nice to have to supplement what we brought. The yard is huge and tucked back enough that I could comfortably let our littles run without worrying about them getting too close to the road. It is walkable to downtown/beach but would be a stretch with little kids so we chose to drive - no big deal just something to be aware of. Loved our stay here and highly recommend.

Anna was an amazing host with a great home for our stay! She was very kind, the house was very clean, and close to everything we wanted to do! The outdoor space was comfortable and cozy. All together such a great stay!

The perfect destination for a girls weekend! We loved how private it felt but that it was close enough to town that we could walk everywhere. Highly recommend!

We had 2 families stay here and it was great space indoors and outdoors. The house was very clean! Loved all the kid friendly details. There was stuff for the beach and outdoor seating. It was an easy 10 minute or less walk to downtown or quick drive. Location was near everything you needed!

What a great place to stay!! We totally enjoyed the home and were very impressed with the fact that anything we needed was there!! This is a fabulous location and it’s super easy to enjoy South Haven and then come home for a bonfire or a movie night. Would highly recommend!!

The home was stunning and perfect for our weekend of friends and fishing. It was clean, easy to check in and out, and had everything we needed for the weekend.

This home has the most peaceful feeling, from the moment we pulled into the driveway. There were 3 of us staying there and we all commented on how much we liked staying there. The beds were comfortable, the layout really works for privacy, and the decor was simple and beautiful. This house reminds me of coming home to a place I would love to own.

Great space and spot. Stayed here multiple times now for work with coworkers and we all enjoy it. Many spices and seasonings are provided. Coffee was provided for both pot coffee and the Keurig. Anna was very polite, responsive, and willing to work with us. Would stay again over and over.

We stayed in South Haven for a couple of night off season in late March. Beautiful little town. Must be something in the summer when the marinas are full. The place was really nice for my dad my son and I. There was lots of room around the house so we kinda felt like we were in the country but we were just a few minutes from the main part of town. Everything in the house was very clean and we could tell the host thought of every little thing to make every guest comfortable. The check in and out couldn't have been easier. We would definitely stay here again!
